Time Wasters

Time wasters deserve no respect.

For real, if you ever dealt with a time waster while doing your work you know how they can really make your skin crawl when you realise they’re not going to really purchase the product or service you’re providing.

While doing illustration I met a lot of time wasters and I don’t think it’s something that it’s talked about enough in our communities. I’m talking about people who stay chatting with you sending emails of what they like and telling elaborate stories about their characters or worlds that they are building and not being direct in telling you exactly what they want, and SPECIALLY being total transparent about payment.

It’s a huge red flag when someone is not straightforward talking about payment when asking for a commission.
